Our Approach
Durable change can't be rushed. Every Jibon Foundation program follows the same three-stage path, whether it's a school, a clinic or an emergency response.
1. Listen & Assess
Field teams live in the community for weeks, mapping real needs with local leaders before proposing anything.
2. Build Together
Programs are co-designed and co-run with residents — from committee members to local health workers.
3. Hand Over & Monitor
Once self-sustaining, ownership transfers to the community, with quarterly check-ins for two years.
