How programs are chosen
We fund what a community asks for — not a template
Every new program starts as a request or a gap surfaced by a village committee. Our field team assesses feasibility and cost, presents a plan to our program board, and only then does funding get committed. It's slower than a standard rollout — and it's why our programs tend to outlast us.
